Marc Yonker took a job with RC&A as general counsel for a few years and also worked at Mullholland & Assoc. for several years before starting his own law firm with Bill Winters. The name of the law firm is Winters & Yonker Personal Injury Lawyers. Bill Winters also worked at the Mullholland firm and both attorneys were very hard working, aggressive lawyers that have a lot in common. It was a natural fit, so they started their own law firm in June of 2001.
